Pupils from the partner schools have cooperated to define the qualities of their ideal teachers.

They have been helped to reflect on what are the teacher characteristics that best help learners in 4 areas:

  • How the subject is taught;
  • how pupils should be guided in learning how to learn;
  • how pupils should be praised;
  • how pupils should be corrected/reproached.
